Meridian Group Acquires Vacant Office Tower in Tysons

The Meridian Group (TMG) said Wednesday it acquired Boro Central, a 388,206-square-foot trophy office tower formerly known as Tysons Central, located at 1750 Tysons Central St. in Tysons, VA. The new ownership will reintroduce the building to the market, integrating the property into its The Boro—mixed-use district.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The Washington Business Journal reported that the property had been vacant since opening in 2022.

“Boro Central is an impressive building with its incredible natural light, sweeping views of Northern Virginia and unbeatable location within the expanding Boro District,” said Katie Yanushonis, SVP of leasing at TMG. “We’re excited to enhance its appeal with more flexible leasing options that meet the needs of a wide range of tenants in the market—from established regional firms to Fortune 500 companies.”

TMG said Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Masi, Scott Goldberg and Paige Barger will continue to lead the leasing efforts.
