Meridian Design Build Wraps Work on Joliet BTS

Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a build-to-suit for XTRA Lease on a 15-acre site within Ketone Business Center in Joliet, IL.

The new facility, located at 3000 Channahon Rd. near full interchanges at I-80 and I-55, will serve freight haulers in central and northeastern Illinois.

The building includes two service/maintenance bays and 4,191 square feet of finished office space.

Verve Design Studio provided architectural and structural design services and Jacob & Hefner Associates was responsible for the civil engineering design.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
