Meridian Completes Bartlett Manufacturing Facility

Meridian Design Build recently completed a 51,500-square-foot manufacturing facility for International Packing & Crating at 1313 Jack Court in Bartlett, Illinois.

Work included the construction of 3,700 sqaure feet of office/employee facilities and 47,800 square feet of shop improvements consisting of compressed air piping, dust collection ductwork, power distribution,
and lighting to support a full-service crating and custom packaging operation.

The project was completed on a design-build basis, with architectural services provided by Heitman Architects Incorporated. Civil engineering design services were provided by V3 Companies, Ltd. Based in Rosemont, Meridian Design Build is a full-service construction firm specializing in the design and construction of industrial, food and beverage, office, hospitality and healthcare facilities.
