Meridian Closed 75 Retail Leases Over Summer  

Meridian’s Retail Leasing Division, led by James Famularo, successfully closed more than 75 deals during the summer of 2023.  

Among these deals are beauty and wellness establishments. Symbelle Spa will open at 1504 Second Avenue. Meanwhile, 55 Street UV Nail Spa, inked a space at 141 East 55th Street. High-end fashion enthusiasts will be delighted to discover Atelier Jolie by Angelia Joelie at 57 Great Jones Street and BODE at 79 Worth Street in Tribeca. 

The city’s culinary landscape also witnessed expansion, with a 9,000-square-foot Italian restaurant securing a spot at 2 East 45th Street. On the fitness front, Church Boxing Gym is set to open in Long Island City at 29-28 41st Avenue, spanning 4,500 square feet. Maiz Restaurant is gearing up to open at 10 Hope Street in a 4,000-square-foot establishment. Finally, Apple Bank is opening at 111 Fourth Avenue in the East Village, with a location covering 3,350 square feet.
