Report: California #1 in U.S. with Most Coworking Spaces

Meridian Business Rebrands as WorkSuites, Expands in Houston

Texas-based shared office space provider Meridian Business Centers announced its plans to expand in Houston. At the same time, the company is rebranding its operations to the name WorkSuites.

WorkSuites real estate activities include the following

  • A 19,629-square-foot lease at Sugar Creek Center, 77 Sugar Creek Blvd., Sugar Land
  • A 15,001-square-foot lease at 510 Bering, Houston
  • A 30,335-square-foot lease at 2001 Timberloch Place, The Woodlands
  • Cosmetic upgrades to existing offices at 5100 Westheimer (Galleria) and 11811 North Freeway (north Houston)
    An additional Houston location planned for 2019

John Pelletier and Greg Burns of ESRP negotiated the new leases for WorkSuites, along with Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella of NAI Partners in Houston. Stream Realty Partners represented the building owners.
