Meridian Bolsters Healthcare Division

San Ramon, CA-based Meridian enhanced its healthcare division with the addition of a senior healthcare executive. Andrew Hoover joined as Vice President of Business Development, from Providence St. Joseph Health.

Hoover, who brings nearly two decades of healthcare real estate experience, will play a leadership role in business development and facility acquisition for Meridian’s portfolio of major medical industry clients in the Southern California market.

“We’ve been building our Southern California team, and Andy Hoover is the perfect addition to execute Meridian’s growth plans,” said Meridian’s John Pollock.

“Hoover’s healthcare provider experience at Providence St. Joseph Health, where he held various leadership roles within their real estate division, brings a wide-ranging healthcare skillset to our organization that will be instrumental in further developing our Southern California presence.”

Meridian plans to continue aggressively pursuing value-add medical and new healthcare development opportunities throughout California.
