Meridian Arranges Asian Fusion Lease in East Village

Win Son, a Taiwanese American fusion restaurant, has secured a long-term lease in East Village. The 3,100 square foot space at 23 Second Avenue will serve as Win Son’s first Manhattan location after Williamsburg.

James Famularo of Meridian Retail Leasing arranged the lease. With an asking monthly rent of $27,500, the ground floor space has 50 feet of frontage. “When we first listed this space, the demand was surprisingly high based on new development in the area. Our team is extremely active in the neighborhood, and the increasing volume of food and beverage in the East Village is unsurprising given its youthful demographic. Win Son will fit in seamlessly in their new Manhattan outpost,” said Famularo.
