Merger for Herald Square Properties and EVO Real Estate Group
Herald Square Properties and EVO Real Estate Group have merged to form HSP Real Estate Group, a wholly-integrated, full-service real estate firm.
“Our mutual cultures of excellence enable us to provide best-in-class institutional services to all sectors of the value-add marketplace in New York City,” said Gerard Nocera, principal for Herald Square Properties (pictured left).
Collectively, the two merged companies are responsible for about four million square feet of commercial assets under ownership and/or management.
Herald Square Properties principals Nocera and Michael Reid (pictured right), and former EVO partners Ira Z. Fishman and Dana L. Moskowitz, will work together to lead the new firm.
