Merch Media Purchases San Antonio Office

Merch Media LLC recently purchased an office building at 415 Milam in San Antonio. Formerly known as the High Horse Lounge, the property is located near the Highway 35 and 281 Intersection off of North Hackberry and Milam.

Built in 1935, this property features a 3,473-square-foot lot and 1,846 square feet of office space. Nearby schools include Bowden El, Wheatley Middle and Fox Technical High School. The natural disaster risk for this area includes high tornado risk but minimal flood risk.

With locations in San Antonio, Austin, San Diego, Nashville and Miami, Merch Media’s capabilities include branded promotional products, incentive merchandise and printed pieces for use as sales and marketing vehicles.

Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer and Daniel Paley of Paley Realty represented the seller in the transaction. The seller and purchase price were undisclosed.
