Mercedes-Benz Signs 200K-SF, BTS Lease

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC completed negotiations to lease a 200,000-square-foot, new, build-to-suit facility at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth. The new facility, scheduled to open in early 2019, will be the company’s national business operations center at Hillwood-owned AllianceTexas. Cushman & Wakefield handled the lease negotiations.

The deal represents a relocation for Mercedes-Benz Financial services from its nearby current operations center at 13650 Heritage Pkwy. The company operated out of the 164,000-square-foot office building since 2007.

Construction is expected to begin on the new structure in early 2018. Approximately 900 direct and indirect jobs are being retained in Fort Worth as a result of the new operations center. BOKA Powell is the architect and JLL Fort Worth Project and Development Services the general contractor.
