Mercedes-Benz to Begin Construction on 200K-SF Ops Center

German automaker Mercedes-Benz will soon begin construction on a new North Texas employment center. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC’s 200,000-square-foot business operations center will be at 14372 Heritage Pkwy. in North Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas development.

The building is expected to open in 2019, and will house approximately 900 employees. Hillwood, AllianceTexas’ developer, will be in charge of construction. The new center will replace a 164,000-square-foot building the company currently occupies at 13650 Heritage Pkwy., where it has operated since 2007.

Mercedes-Benz Financial, a division of Daimler Financial Services Group, provides financial services and lending to auto buyers and dealers.
