Menswear Designer Todd Snyder Inks New UES Space 

RIPCO Real Estate and the Naftali Group have arranged a lease agreement for luxury menswear designer Todd Snyder at The Bellemont, a condominium on Madison Avenue. Located at 1165 Madison Avenue, the new store will serve as Todd Snyder’s flagship location.  

RIPCO’s Beth Rosen, Emily Kripitz, CBRE’s Jennifer Bernstein, and City Connections’ Stephen Asch brokered the lease. Our collaboration with the Naftali Group is a cornerstone of our strategy to invigorate New York’s retail landscape,” said Rosen. “This partnership is more than just business; it’s about shaping the community’s future together.” 

Spanning 1,860 square feet of retail space, this addition to Naftali Group’s portfolio includes other luxury retailers like Swarovski, Malin+Goetz, and Le Labo.
