Menswear Brand State & Liberty to Open First Location in Nebraska

State & Liberty, a menswear brand, will open its first location in Nebraska at Omaha’s Village Pointe this spring.

 Federal Realty Investment Trust acquired the open-air lifestyle center for $153.3 million in December of last year. The 453,000-square-foot property is located in a prime location in one of the market’s most established commercial corridors.

“Federal takes a thoughtful approach to curating a best-in-class mix of retail, dining, and service offerings designed to enhance the customer experience,” said Bob Franz, Vice President, Federal. “The addition of State & Liberty highlights the strong demand for Village Pointe and further solidifies its position as the premier shopping destination in the Omaha market.”

The 1,207 square-foot store will be located near Kendra Scott and Lululemon. Founded in 2015, State & Liberty specializes in professional clothing designed for men. The brand currently operates more than 40 shops and counting across the United States and Canada, with additional locations planned for 2026.
