Men’s Health Clinic Signs with GFP for First Manhattan Location

Atlas Men’s Health, a leading men’s health clinic based on Long Island, has signed a five-year lease for 3,800 square feet on the sixth floor of 505 Eighth Ave. on the corner of Eighth Avenue and 35th Street. It represents the company’s first Manhattan location.

Allen J. Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented ownership in-house. Uriel Gandelman of OfficeNYC.com, Inc., represented the tenant.  Atlas Men’s Health will use the space for its general and executive offices and for patient consultations and services.  The company is expected to move in the fall of 2025.

“Atlas Men’s Health is a fantastic addition to 505 Eighth Ave.,” said Gurevich. “Their decision to open their first Manhattan location here is a strong vote of confidence in the building—and in the neighborhood. It’s always a great sign when a growing business chooses one of our properties as a launchpad for expansion.”
