
Menlo Park Mixed-Use Complex Adds Two New Tenants
Springline, a transit-oriented community of office space, residences and restaurants on El Camino Real in Menlo Park, CA has announced a pair of new tenants: litigation consulting firm Cornerstone Research and venture and growth equity company Norwest Venture Partners. The property is now 75% leased of the 200,000 square feet of office space.
Springline, says they are commanding rates of $10.30 a square foot a month, with a top price of over $15 a square foot, some of the highest leasing rates in the country.
Norwest and Cornerstone join other Silicon Valley companies like VC firm Menlo Ventures and tech giant Genesys. Other office tenants at Springline include Canopy, Decathalon Capital, Highland and Symphony Technology Group. A Norwest spokesperson said, “We feel proud to have selected a space that will be home to forward-thinking companies both in and outside of the VC and GE ecosystem.”
