Menifee Class-A Industrial Complex Opens New Phase
Colliers has announced that Building 2 of the Scott Road Commerce Center in Menifee, CA has been completed and is now available for lease or sale. The building, from Jupiter Holdings LLC, is part of an expansive five-building CRE development project, totaling 701,000 square feet. The 2nd phase of the project, buildings 3, 4 and 5 is set to break ground this August.
Jupiter Holdings is represented by Colliers’ Tucker Hohenstein and Joey Jones, along with Gordon Maze of Lee & Associates. “Many Southern California companies are moving to Menifee and Riverside County because of the high-quality of life, the ample labor pool and the abundance of high-quality housing,” said Hohenstein. “Scott Road Commerce Center offers a unique opportunity to establish a presence in a rapidly growing submarket.”
The project is Menifee’s first Class-A industrial real estate complex since 2018. The newly completed, 84,000-square-foot Building 2 features heavy power capabilities with 2,000 amps, 18 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors and 24-foot height clearance.
