Menashe Properties Expands Chicago Office Portfolio with Wacker Drive Acquisition
Menashe Properties, a privately held, family-owned commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Portland, has acquired 125 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago’s West Loop.
The closing marks Menashe Properties’ second major Chicago office investment since 2023. The 31-story, 640,000-square-foot office tower is located in Chicago’s financial district, and the property is LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certified.
Menashe Properties will expand its relationship with Stream Realty Partners, with Stream adding property management services at the newly acquired building. Managing Director Mark Bâby and Executive Vice President Ben Cleveland will oversee leasing strategy, while Victoria Knudson, Partner and Leader of Property Management, will direct on-site operations.
