Memory Care Facility Trades for $13M

Cornerstone Senior Living acquired Three Forks of Forney, in Forney, TX from Healthcap Partners for $12.5 million. Three Forks of Forney, at 335 S. Farm-to-Market Road 548, is a 60-unit, 72-bed assisted living and memory care center approximately 20 miles east of downtown Dallas.

Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Greystone represented the seller in the transaction. Greystone will continue to work with Healthcap Partners to list its second senior living asset in north Houston.

Situated on 13 acres, the 46,959-square-foot building delivered in 2013. The site offers an opportunity to expand the property to meet local demand. Forney is expected to experience significant job and population growth over the next few years, thanks to new area development.
