Melissa Naeder has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director of retail brokerage in Long Island.

“Melissa’s onboarding will allow us to fortify our position as industry leaders and continue to grow in the Long Island suburban market,” said Joseph Caridi, executive managing director for Cushman & Wakefield.

Naeder joins Cushman & Wakefield with over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a director at Sabre, where she worked on the growth of national retailers on Long Island such as AT&T, Blink Fitness and Starbucks. Prior to this role, Naeder worked at Commercial Retail Associates.
