Mega Mixed-Use Near RTP to Build on Wellness, Innovation, Connection
A 225-acre site in the Raleigh submarket of Garner, NC is slated to become a destination named E District that aims to incorporate a mix of uses, walkability, programming and green space.
Wycliff Development will serve as the master developer for the project in partnership with the Yeargan family, the landowner. Architecture firm O’Brien Atkins Associates has been hired as the master land planner.
E District will be located off the Highway 70 exit from Interstate 40 on the southwest corner of Highway 70 and White Oak Road. The infill development will ultimately be surrounded by four, four-laned thoroughfares.
E District is proximate to Research Triangle Park as well as the many medical, technical, biomedical and life sciences companies seeking to expand in the area. The site is also near top-tier medical schools University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University and leading engineering school North Carolina State University.
