Mega Lion Claims 132K SF in Santa Fe Springs

Mega Lion, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 132,423 square feet at Golden Springs Business Center in Santa Fe Springs. The Mid-Cities property at 13021 Leffingwell Rd., owned by Golden Springs Development Company, LLC, is part of 284-ace master-planned business park.

The logistics firm will be relocating from Bell to a 296,583-square-foot multi-tenant Class A warehouse built in 1999. The Mega Lion space includes a two-story, 10,702-square-foot administrative office, open warehouse area with 32-foot minimum clear heights, 25 dock high doors, 23 trailer parking stalls, two concrete truck courts and 140 parking spaces.

NAI Capital’s Ryan Campbell represented the tenant. Colliers International’s Steve Calhoun and Clyde Stauff represented the landlord.

Campbell says, “Demand from e-commerce users for high ceiling warehouse distribution space continues to drive an already low vacancy rate even lower. My client is expanding from 50,000 square feet and is thrilled with the quality and location of this property to grow their booming distribution business.”
