Medline Industries Signs 21K-SF Office Lease in Naperville
Medline Industries, LP has signed a long-term, 214,560-square-foot lease at 2375 Waterview Drive, Northbrook, Illinois. The privately held medical-surgical product manufacturer and supplier plans to move into its space in mid-2025.
Transwestern’s Executive Vice President Kyle Robbins, Executive Managing Director Andrew Davidson, and Executive Vice President David Burkards represented the owner of the 432,000-square-foot office campus in the lease transaction. Medline was represented by CBRE brokers James Otto, Jon Milonas, Paul Diederich, and Peter Livaditis.
Medline is expanding its presence in the north suburbs of Chicago and plans to occupy the north building of 2375 Waterview Drive. Of the two office buildings at 2375 Waterview Drive, there is approximately 80,000 square feet of available space remaining inside the south building.
“The pace at which companies have selected 2375 Waterview Drive for their tenancy is yet another sign that tenants care about high-quality work environments that are both conveniently located and offer superior amenities,” said Robbins.
