Medicare Contractor Leases Flex Office in Aurora

Clear Height Properties has completed a lease for 15,233 square feet of flex office and industrial at 550 N. Commons Dr. in Aurora. Medicare contractor Orbit Medical has relocated from Naperville to contiguous suites within the building, bringing the property to 100% occupancy.

The 38,746-square-foot 550 N. Commons is part of a two-building acquisition Clear Height made in May 2018 at the Meridian Tech Center. Like the 30,694-square-foot 600 N. Commons Drive, it was developed in 1984.

“Activity at these buildings demonstrates our belief that with a focus on capital improvements and aggressive marketing, tremendous value can be created,” said Joe Sergi, COO of Clear Height. “Equally as important, tenants like Orbit Medical are able to establish a great place to conduct their business.”

NAI Hiffman’s Adam Johnson and Ryan Maher represented Clear Height. Orbit Medical was represented by Victor Sanmiguel and Mike Kraft of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate.
