Medical Tech Firm Relocates to Rosemont’s O’Hare Gateway

Savills Studley has completed a 43,384-square-foot lease to relocate medical technology company Intelligent Medical Objects’ (IMO) corporate headquarters to O’Hare Gateway Office Center in Rosemont, IL. IMO will be the first tenant to occupy the center’s 9600 W. Bryn Mawr Dr. building after the property’s extensive renovation.

With its new space, IMO will expand its footprint by 30%. The company will move from its current offices at 60 Revere Dr. in Northbrook in the second quarter, initially with a headcount of about 200.

Savills Studley’s Jon Azulay and Robert Sevim advised IMO in the long-term transaction, along with Adam Southard. Rich Dale and Loredana Perri, members of the firm’s project management Services practice, are overseeing tenant build-out and relocation.

Completed in 2000, O’Hare Gateway is a two-building complex totaling 350,239 square feet. Dan Svachula and Jim Ward of Cushman & Wakefield are the leasing team for the complex.
