Medical Office Property in North Carolina Trades for $24M

Coldwell Banker Commercial has brokered the $23.7 million sale of the EmergeOrtho medical office and ambulatory surgical center in Leland, N.C.

Located at 1168 E Cutlar Crossing in the Brunswick Forest development of Leland, the property is just due west of Wilmington. The three-story, 55,590-square-foot building was built in 2019 for EmergeOrtho, the largest orthopedic practice in North Carolina, which occupies 100% of the building. The buyer, Nashville, TN-based Montecito Medical Real Estate, previously acquired three medical office properties involving EmergeOrtho and OrthoWilimington.

Mark Johnson and Janet Rose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Suncoast represented Montecito in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
