Medical Office Building in John’s Creek Trades for $6M
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $5.9 million sale of Parsons Meadow Professional Park, a 32,069-square-foot medical office building in John’s Creek. Travis Ives, Gino Lollio, Scott Niedergang, Brandon Wallace and George Olmstead of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Rushmore Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
Located at 10700 Medlock Bridge Road, the property is currently 96% leased to a variety of specialties including primary care, dental, plastic surgery, dermatology, physical therapy, allergy and endocrinology.
“This transaction is a great example of the resiliency of the medical office investment market,” said Ives. “We launched this deal at the onset of the pandemic during a time when many transactions in other investment sectors were hitting pause.”
