Medical Device Maker Doubles HQ Space in Move to Wilmington

Hunneman brokered a 42,060-square-foot lease at 205 Lowell St. in Wilmington, MA, on behalf of landlord Howland Development. 205 Lowell will serve as the new headquarters for Goddard Technologies, a medical device and robotics company that is doubling its space from its previous office location in Beverly.

“Goddard Technologies’ substantial expansion at 205 Lowell St. will not only support their current operational needs but also provide an efficient layout and favorable economic terms that position them for long-term growth,” said Lauren DeFrancesco of Faulkner Commercial Group at KW Commercial, who represented the tenant in the lease.

The 123,000-square-foot 205 Lowell offers a fully furnished flex layout with functional office space and technical lab facilities. Recently renovated, the two-floor building also includes a tailboard-level loading dock. The property also provides convenient access to I-93 and I-95.

Howland Development was represented by SVP James McManus and Hunneman’s Leasing & Advisory team of Chris Curley, Mike Allen and Ken Oppenheim.

Don’t Miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest.— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
