Medical Device Developer Signs Headquarters Lease with Drawbridge Realty

Drawbridge Realty has signed a long-term lease to medical device developer EBR Systems, Inc. for the entire 51,136-square-foot building at 4600 Patrick Henry Dr. in Santa Clara as its new headquarters location. EBR will take occupancy of the Class A office/R&D building following the completion of their tenant improvements, estimated for the first half of 2026).

Silicon Valley-based EBR Systems developed its patented proprietary Wireless Stimulation Endocardially (WiSE) technology to eliminate the need for cardiac pacing leads, historically the major source of complications and issues with effectiveness and reliability in cardiac rhythm disease management.

Drawbridge Realty acquired 4600 Patrick Henry in 2013, with major interior and exterior site renovations last year. The single-story building offers surface parking, a modernized interior, drought-tolerant landscaping, and a large, private outdoor area for company gatherings.

Ownership was represented by Walt Stephenson and Jeff Cushman of Cushman & Wakefield. Greg Tippin and Tracey Solari of Newmark represented EBR.
