Medical Company to Renovate Downtown Building
A 35,000-square-foot building in downtown San Antonio is getting a $3-million facelift from a medical company specializing in arteries and veins. Peripheral Vascular Associates’ Dr. Demetrios Macris said the company previously paid more than $3 million for the 610 N. Main facility.
The basement and first floor of the three-story building will serve as PVA’s headquarters, while the remaining floors will be made available to other medical companies. PVA, currently situated within Baptist Medical Center Hospital, plans to move downtown in July 2017.
