Medical Building Portfolio Trades for $86M

JLL has arranged the $86 million sale of a collection of four medical properties totaling over 181,000 square feet located in the Chicago, Illinois, area as well as Arizona and Florida.

JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Flagler Healthcare Investments, and procured the buyer, Chicago-based Remedy Medical Properties and its partner, Kayne Anderson Real Estate. The JLL Medical Properties Group Advisory team was led by Senior Managing Director Mindy Berman, Director Matt DiCesare and Associate Liam Sorensen.

The properties in the portfolio are 99 percent leased. The Chicago area property is the Elgin Professional Plaza, located at 750 Fletcher Drive in Elgin. The other properties in the portfolio include the Oasis Surgical Hospital in Arizona and the Baptist Health City I & II buildings in Florida. “The portfolio’s strong tenant mix, long remaining lease terms and strategic market locations made this an ideal investment opportunity,” said Berman.

Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
