Medical Anchor for Renaissance Square

The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in in Marlton, NJ has a new anchor tenant — and it’s not a grocery store.

Virtua Medical Group now occupies 32,568 square feet of the center. “As businesses open doors, we’re bringing to life our plan for a mixed-use destination… Virtua will offer the top-notch services and care South Jersey residents have been waiting for,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management, the developer and manager of the complex.

Renaissance Square is undergoing a $70 million redevelopment. When it’s finished, it will include 338 luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, medical, office and commercial space. Other tenants include TD Bank, Gaetano’s Pizzeria & Cheesesteaks, Pink Petal Mani Pedi, Dunkin’ Donuts, Hair Cuttery, La Scala Italian Restaurant, and La Vez Mexican Restaurant.
