MediaWill, Tony Park Buy Midtown Office Property for $37M

A Korean media company, MediaWill, in partnership with Tony Park, has acquired a 113,000-square-foot office building in Midtown Manhattan for $37 million.

The property, located at 110 West 32nd Street (also known as 115 West 31st Street), was sold by RJF Realty. The 113,000-square-foot property, under RJF Realty’s ownership for approximately four decades, will soon transition. The plan is to convert the office building into 77 residential units, with ground and mezzanine-level retail spaces, alongside amenities like a fitness center and rooftop lounge.

Elad Dror of PD Properties acted on behalf of Tony Park during negotiations. RJF Realty was represented by Albert Sultan and Sophia Gaines of KSR in the transaction.
