Mediapro Facility Opens as Yonkers’ 11th Film and TV Studio

Yonkers’ reputation as a destination for the entertainment industry was further bolstered with the opening of the new Mediapro Studios at Great Point Studios, a production complex with soundstages, post-production facilities and amenities designed to attract filmmakers, content creators and production companies from all corners of the globe. Mediapro is the city’s 11th studio.

Located at 1050 North Broadway, the 100,000-square-foot facility offers three stages totaling 50,000 square feet of stage space, with sizes ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet. Mediapro Studios was recently leased to NBCUniversal Television for an upcoming series.

“Yonkers continues to prove we are a place where world-class creativity can thrive,” said Mayor Mike Spano. “This new Mediapro campus is a shining example of how our city is attracting global talent and major productions, creating jobs, energizing our economy, and showcasing Yonkers as a leader in the film industry.”
