Media Agency Nearly Doubles Space at New West Coast Headquarters

JLL represented media agency Canvas Worldwide in a new 68,301-square-foot office lease at 2330 Utah Ave. in El Segundo, California. The new lease represents a relocation from the company’s current West Coast headquarters in Playa Vista, where it occupies 36,000 square feet.

Managing director Jason Fine and senior managing director Blake Searles of JLL represented Canvas Worldwide in the new lease. The landlord, NSB Inc., represented itself.

“As a creative company, it’s essential that we identified a space for Canvas Worldwide that is a unique building, with design elements that represent their culture, foster collaboration and accommodate their growth,” said Fine. “2330 Utah Ave. is one-of-a-kind project designed by Frank Gehry offering 24-foot ceilings, large windows and, skylights that flood the space with natural light, efficient floor plate and private outdoor space. This also speaks to the fact that El Segundo is very much attractive for media and creative tenants.”
