Medford Center Set to Expand Roster with TJ Maxx
Later this year, The Village at Medford Center will expand its retail roster with a lineup of national off-price retailers including TJ Maxx and Burlington’s first location in Southern Oregon. These new stores continue the implementation of LBG Real Estate Companies’ redevelopment vision for The Medford Center, a property it purchased in 2014.
Burlington will occupy more than 35,000 square feet and TJ Maxx will occupy 25,000 square feet in the former Sears building which was vacated in late 2019. Burlington and TJ Maxx will join more than 40 existing retailers, restaurants and businesses at The Village at Medford Center including Tinseltown Cinemark Theater, Tap & Vine Restaurant, Collaborative Theater, Ella Lane, Timber & Tonic, Safeway, Red Robin, Village Fitness and Rite Aid.
Further leasing opportunities still remain. In addition to Burlington and TJ Maxx, LBG is finalizing negotiations with a third national off-price retailer slated to open in early 2022.
