Newmark arranged a 41,411-square-foot top-floor lease for medical technology company Pramand at Blue Sky Center, an office/R&D campus in Burlington, MA that recently implemented a $10-million capital improvement program. Pramand will relocate and expand its corporate headquarters from its current Bedford, MA location.

Senior managing director Matthew Malatesta, executive managing director Tyler McGrail, vice chairman Michael Frisoli, associate director Eric Jeremiah and associate Connall Chamberlain represented building ownership, a joint venture between Nordblom Company and a global real estate private equity firm. Pramand’s commitment follows a 36,000-square-foot lease that Newmark arranged with Myomo, another medical technology company specializing in robotics, which signed at 45 Blue Sky and is completing its move-in this summer.
