MDH Reaches Full Occupancy at Bedford Park Industrial Complex
Atlanta-based MDH Partners reached lease-up of 7447 S Central Ave., a 118,218-square-foot industrial building in Bedford Park, IL, with a 55,718-square-foot lease by Better Earth, an Atlanta-based sustainable food service packaging company. NAI Hiffman’s Steve Connolly and Chris Gary marketed and leased the building on ownership’s behalf. Lee & Associates’ Calvin Gunn represented the tenant.
The building is one of six in the Chicago Infill Net Lease Portfolio, purchased by MDH Partners in October 2021. The portfolio spans 1.3 million square feet and is located approximately three miles south of Midway International Airport with direct access to the Belt Railway.
“The acquisition of the Chicago Infill Net Lease Portfolio in 2021 was a huge milestone for MDH as it marked our entrance into the Chicago industrial market,” said Drew Crawford, VP at MDH Partners. “Now, the lease-up of 7447 S Central Ave. to an Atlanta-based brand marks a full-circle moment.”
