MDH Partners Welcomes Kate Kilgore as Head of Asset Management
MDH Partners has added Kate Kilgore to its asset management team. As managing director – head of asset management, Kilgore will oversee the firm’s entire portfolio of 210 assets totaling 31.5 million square feet across 33 markets. She will lead a team of six in leasing, capital projects and improving the overall performance and reporting of MDH Partners’ portfolios
Kilgore brings nearly two decades of industrial experience to her new role at MDH and has executed more than 150 leases across 55 million square feet of industrial space.
Before joining MDH Partners, Kilgore served as a principal for Ares Real Estate, where she focused on industrial asset management across eight major markets. Prior to joining Ares Real Estate in 2021 via an acquisition, Kilgore was SVP for Black Creek Group, where she oversaw asset management and leasing for the company’s Southeast region and opened the firm’s Atlanta office.
