MDH Partners, Hight Knox Properties Deliver 421K-SF Build-to-Suit Warehouse in Rome

MDH Partners and Hight Knox Properties, LLC have completed a 420,750-square-foot warehouse custom built for The Hillman Group located at 6695 New Calhoun Highway NE in Rome, GA.

The project is a joint venture between MDH Partners, an Atlanta-based real estate investment company, and Hight Knox Properties, a privately funded real estate investment group. The completed building is projected to provide 200 jobs to the local economy.

The property sits on 58 acres and features 210 parking spaces, 107 exterior dock doors and 36-foot clear heights. The facility offers proximity to Highway 53 and I-75 for interstate access to Atlanta’s I-285 loop. The property is located 70 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

Cincinnati, OH-based The Hillman Group is a provider of builder solutions and a supplier of hardware items and accessories. The company currently three separate facilities in GA; the newly delivered building will combine the entire operation under one roof.
