MDH Partners Expands with Indiana Warehouse Acquisition
Atlanta-based firm MDH Partners has expanded its presence in Indiana with the acquisition of a 247,000-square-foot industrial facility in Noblesville, known as Washington Business Park 2. Houston Hawley served as the acquisition lead for MDH Partners. Bryan Poynter and Ryan Baker with Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale.
“We’re thrilled with the quality of the building and the continued leasing velocity in the building’s size range,” said Hawley. This marks MDH Partners’ second purchase within the Washington Business Park corporate campus, following their acquisition of Washington Business Park 1 in 2022. The new property is a modern industrial warehouse and distribution facility near major highways and the Indianapolis International Airport.
The purchase of Washington Business Park 2 increases MDH Partners’ Indiana footprint to more than 1.4 million square feet. The firm also recently expanded its portfolio into new markets including California, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
