MDH Partners Enters Minneapolis Industrial Market

MDH Partners has acquired Rogers Logistics Center, a 285,582-square-foot bulk Class-A warehouse building in the Twin Cities suburb of Rogers, MN. The acquisition for an undisclosed sum marks the first purchase in Minnesota for the Atlanta-based firm.

Acquisitions VP Houston Hawley served as the acquisition lead for MDH Partners. CBRE’s Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith represented the seller.

“Acquiring this mission-critical and highly functional distribution center marks MDH Partners’ first expansion into the strong Minneapolis industrial market,” said Hawley, Vice President of Acquisitions at MDH Partners. “Rogers Logistics Center is a unique combination of new functional building stock, Interstate access and affordable and productive labor markets.”

Developed as a build-to-suit for Archway Marketing Services Inc., Rogers Logistics Center has been 100% occupied since completion. Archway is a marketing supply chain leader and will continue to occupy the building until at least January 2026.
