MDH Partners Completes Construction of 225K-SF Industrial Facility in Tennessee

MDH Partners has announced the completion of Cedar Creek Distribution Center, a 224,900-square-foot speculative industrial building located in Lebanon, TN.

Cedar Creek Distribution Center is available for lease by one or multiple users and features a rear-loading configuration with 32-foot clear heights, 268-foot building depth, 48 dock doors and two drive-in loading doors on 17 acres. The facility offers build-to-suit office opportunities, as well as 170 parking spaces and 60 trailer stalls. Located nearby I-40, Cedar Creek Distribution Center offers easy access to Nashville’s central business district and Nashville International Airport. Other major industrial users in the area include Amazon, FedEx, Under Armour, XPO Logistics and CEVA Logistics.

David McGahren and Doug Howard of Cushman & Wakefield have been tapped to market and lease the facility. Cushman & Wakefield and MDH Partners will officially open the project to the market on May 13.
