McShane Companies Make Executive Promotions

Molly McShane has been named COO of the McShane Companies, and Dan McShane has been named chief strategy officer. Both have been with the firm for several years.

In her new role, Molly McShane will provide day-to-day leadership and management of The McShane Companies. As chief strategy officer, Dan will coordinate strategic planning and risk management strategies within each of the companies. He will continue his role as general counsel.

Most recently, Molly served as CIO of Conor Commercial Real Estate, where she was responsible for assisting with the firm’s overall investment and development processes. She is also a member of Conor’s investment committee, as is Dan.

Dan joined McShane Companies in 2005 as general counsel. He previously served in the real estate department of Chicago-based law firm Winston & Strawn.
