MCP Plans 89-Townhome, SFR Community in North Augusta, SC
Material Capital Partners is developing a single-family rental community, The Preserve at Sweetwater, in North Augusta, SC. Construction is the responsibility of Augusta, SC-based Winchester Commercial Group, which is MCP’s dedicated partner for all Southeast communities.
The Preserve at Sweetwater will include 89 townhomes with fenced backyards and patios along with greenspace and a wellness focus for residents, with fitness center, outdoor lounge area, premium bark park, outdoor activity areas and walking paths.
Each of The Preserve at Sweetwater’s townhomes will be outfitted with smart home features.
The community is near the intersection of I-20 and I-520, minutes from corporate employers, healthcare systems, outdoor recreation and retail.
