McNair Interests Taps Rosewood to Manage Luxury Hotel

McNair Interests has hired Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage a new luxury hotel in Houston’s Uptown District. The 150-key hotel, dubbed Rosewood Houston, will be part of a mixed-use, high-rise development led by McNair Interests, managed by the Patrinely Group and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. The hotel’s opening is planned for 2023.

Rosewood Houston will be on Richmond Ave., just off Interstate 610, and north of Interstate 69, near the Galleria submarket. The six-acre site will also include 80 residences, meeting space and retail and office space.

The hotel will be Rosewood’s second in Texas, and its ninth in the United States.
