McKinstry Names Matt Allen Chief Client Officer in Seattle

Commercial real estate design, construction and management firm McKinstry has promoted Matt Allen to Chief Client Officer. Based in Seattle, Allen will work alongside the company’s partners and project teams to foster innovation and project excellence.

Allen started his career at McKinstry as an intern and later moved into roles as project manager and director of construction technology. He has most recently served as project executive for Spokane developments that include the Health Partnership Building and the McKinstry Spokane manufacturing facility. He also serves on the firm’s Board of Directors.

“Matt’s operational acumen and experience working across the organization on some of our most complex projects have uniquely positioned him for this role,” said McKinstry CEO Dean Allen. 

“I’m honored to focus my attention on the clients at the heart of our business,” commented Matt Allen. “This role will allow our clients to have an unparalleled experience throughout the project lifecycle.”

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace. He attended San Jose State University with a BA in Radio and TV Broadcasting and currently resides in the Lake Tahoe area where he gets to frequently enjoy all of his favorite activities: Golfing, Fishing, Hiking and Skiing.
