SLX Capital has started work on the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops in McKinney. The 13.7-acre site is at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Stonebridge Drive.

Tenants such as Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Chipotle and Willowbrae Academy have already signed up to move in when the project is completed in early 2026. In addition to the previously listed tenants, the $27 million shopping center will feature a mix of retail options, including a gym, daycare, and restaurants. The Dallas Business Journal confirms that the firm has secured a lease with a grocery store for a 2.2-acre parcel. A 1.25-acre pad site has been set aside for a potential medical or office user.

DBA Commercial Real Estate is handling leasing and pad sales, while other members of the development team include JAW Architects Inc., XS Construction LLC and Cross Engineering Consultants.
