Construction on Raytheon’s new manufacturing, lab and office building can now move to the interior. Crews recently celebrated the topping out of the 438,000 square foot building, marking its full height. Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a Raytheon Technologies business, will occupy the facility. The seven story building is scheduled for completion in early 2024. Its cost to build is estimated at $200 million.

Manufacturing will include approximately 259,200 square feet of general manufacturing and clean room space. The office footprint will be approximately 43,200 square feet per floor. The project also includes an elevated seventh floor observation tower.
