
McKinney $42M Crisis Center Construction Starts Soon
LifePaths Systems is building a 108,700 square foot behavioral crisis center in McKinney. The Dallas Business Journal reports work begins next month on an expanded crisis center and behavioral health services as well as public meeting rooms and offices for staff members. The property also allows the agency space to expand additional programs in the future.
Located on the southeast corner of Bloomdale Road and Community Avenue, the four-story center and office building is scheduled to be completed February 2025.
Beck Architecture is listed as the design firm on the filing.
LifePath Systems website says it was established in 1986 and serves as the behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities authority for Collin County. The agency provides families and individuals with mental health, substance use and intellectual and developmental disability services.
