McKibbon Hospitality Adds Three South Walton Hotels to Management Portfolio

Tampa-based hotel management company McKibbon Hospitality has added three hotels in South Walton, FL. to its management portfolio.

The three properties include Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard, Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard and Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Boulevard. The properties are owned by Miramar Beach-based real estate development and investment company Howard Group. The three properties add a total of 378 rooms to McKibbon’s overall portfolio.

The management contract for the properties expands McKibbon’s presence along the Emerald Coast and Northwest Florida, where the company currently manages five additional properties, including SpringHill Suites Pensacola, Towneplace Suites Pensacola, Aloft Tallahassee Downtown, Residence Inn Tallahassee North I-10 Capital Circle and the recently renovated Courtyard Tallahassee North I-10 Capital Circle.
